Return Policy

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase to any physical L&B Healthy Pet Markets store for a refund.

Items must be in new condition with original packaging.

All returns require proof of purchase (receipt, customer account, order confirmation or transaction record)

Beds, crate pads, and carriers are final sale.

Frozen foods cannot be returned once they leave our freezers.

Items with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days for a refund.

In some cases, manufacturer approval may be required before the refund can be issued.

If your dog doesn’t enjoy it, you may return the opened bag or treats within 30 days for store credit to be used in the store.

The original packaging is required, and the product must be at least 70% full.
